Use bundle add instead #249

As per https://github.com/rubygems/rubygems/pull/5337, we can simplify the steps of adding a gem.

This is a fairly new thing. For an older person -- stuck in their ways -- like me, seeing the original is still nice. I'm happy to accept adding an alternative to the README, but would like to keep the existing in addition.
