After running SendFirmware the usb stop responding

Hi, I have usb with a chipset of Phison 2251-03 and i run the command for SendFirmware and after that the usb stop responding and i can not see it when i connect it to my computer. Does any one familiar with this issue?

Not all Phison 2251-03 are compatible.

But i try it with know USB Silicon Power 32GB Blaze B30 (SP032GBUF3B30V1K) but i didnt short the pins, i didnt show that i must do it, i can it help me if the device not working at all?

I try to shorting the pins but the RED light did not shown, can you please let me know what can i do in order it to light?

Does your system gives that ding sound on detecting usb which it normal cases gives?

Please make sure pins are 2 and 3rd. put knife edge or something conducting between them. plug in the usb and after one second remove knife from pins. and check the status of device is it in bootmode or not.

I put the knife pressing pins 2 and 3rd but nothing happened:-(

OK it works but i cannot access the device from my computer and when i run Dumpfirmware i got an error DeviceIoControl failed: 0079
