Connect graphics with the flood itself #13

The graphics currently don't run the flood. Submitting the flood data should trigger the flood and display the visuals.

The flood code also needs to trigger redraws on the graphics.

Flood is now triggered and visualized at end. See #17 for enhancements to this.
