Does anyone have suggestions for which formula(s) have the best accuracy? If you can link studies that would be greatly appreciated. I don't consider myself especially well read on the subject but I have seen a few studies which had most of the estimates as very innacurate.
Even if there isn't good evidence for them i'd probably end up adding this for fun regardless.
An assistant would be great for that. Like, put in your goal weight and calculate everything for you according to most official guidelines. Like 50-55% carbohydrates, 20-25% protein and not more than 25% fat is my last information. Additionally choose how much you move and it can calculate the target-calories with formulas (maybe even choose myself?) like seen on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basal_metabolic_rate
In my person opinion dietary fibre should be included as well, but thats just me :D
