Autorefresh just stopped working #4

Autorefresh just stopped working without provocation, I updated chrome, re-installed the app, nothing helped.

Hi, I had pushed an update to resolve this issue. Please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue?

Nope it doesnt work sadly, for me and couple of my co-workers.

The extension worked for about a week and stopped working again as of today. It's possible that Zendesk pushed out another update that has broken the extension. Can you please take a look?

I just tested it out again image If you open the Developer Tools Console and make sure that it is logging in Verbose mode, do you see the message refreshed views?

I do, along with several other messages.

The number next to "refreshed views" appears to go up as if it's running, but the views are not actually refreshing on my screen.

@BennettB7 Great thank you, I finally got the version of Zendesk that has issues. I have made changes accordingly. Unfortunately, the Zendesk updates are making it increasingly difficult to do this - hopefully not too many updates in the near future.

@miachan96 I have pushed a new version 3.1.2 - It is waiting for Google to approve, this process can take a few hours most times. Once that version is released the views screen will work.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to zendesk anymore - so I set up a trial version of it. I am battling to test/fix the dashboard as I have this "Get started" button stuck on it. image

Is this button normally there? If not, I can complete all the steps which are a bit annoying as I will have to setup a Facebook and everything just to complete their Getting started section 😂

@brandonstubbs Thank you Brandon for the quick reply 🥰 The "Get started" button is default on Zendesk I guess, because we all have it here.

@miachan96 thanks for letting me know 😄 @BennettB7 do you also have those buttons? If this is the case I can try and find a way to refresh the Dashboard view.

@brandonstubbs I also have the "Get Started" button.

Also, I am pleased to inform you that version 3.1.2 is now showing in Chrome and seems to be working to refresh my views automatically thus far.
