Changing the pom a little.

Moved some of the stuff to parent pom.
Added auto javadoc creation, so it's auto uploaded to github pages.
Added the github maven plugin.
Cleaned up some redundant release profiles that are available in oss parent.
mvn clean package site deploys the javadocs to github
