Use Gulp to:

Lint
Optimize (with RequireJS's optimizer)
Generate Docs

In the future, also maybe run tests?

This is now working on the build branch. Run gulp (with no arguments) from the project root build and watch src/ for changes. Currently on examples/brushes-build-version has been migrated to use build/BBMod.js.
