server side rendering of meta tags #16

in order for social media cards to show up right we'd need the appropriate meta tags in the head of the index page. this means we'll likely need to do a server-side rendering for those

we could look look into https://github.com/declandewet/vue-meta ( but this might require changing the project structure pretty drastically... )

seems to be working on fb && twitter now... but not linkedin???
