Simple build in IRC daemon to use any IRC client? #26

Similar to this project it would be cool if one could set up chattervox to allow connecting with any IRC client: https://github.com/xba1k/ax25irc

Maybe there could even be a way to allow multiple users on the same Chattervox "gateway"?
