Header not used on index #5

It seems like the header.inc.php isn't being used on the index. We might want to use it for easy updating/continuity etc. If your not using it on purpose than never mind. Also, I changed "Settings" to "Account" on the navbar like we talked about. If you disagree you can change it back or we can talk about it.

I'm not using the header include on the homepage because I need to add a different class to the homepage header on account of the different colors. If you know a way to insert that class conditionally based on the window location, go for it.

Settings to Account sounds good to me.
