Exclude some parts of BRAPH2 from the compilation during development.

You basically have to use

braph2genesis_with_exclusions

which will generate a reduced version of BRAPH2 in braph2_with_exclusions (which is gitignored).

NOTE:

You define what to ignore in excluded (line 10 of braph2_with_exclusions)
the compile folder braph2 should not be changed and (importantly) should not be loaded in the matlab path)
