This PR adds the functionality of visualizing the feature importance on a brain surface.

[x] It is independent from the NN elements.
[x] It works for various kinds of input, e.g. graph adj matrice, graph measure.

For graph adjacency input. It is possible to expand this for the brain surface with connections under the current structure.
