3 years ago Hey @christoffee! Thanks for your questions, the Figma API is still very useful for many things like the ones you mention, there's no problem with that at all!
This repo hasn't had the updated I'd like it to have due to my lack of availability unfortunately but there's some work being done in the v2 branch: https://github.com/braposo/figma-graphql/tree/v2
I totally recommend using the Figma API and if you want to have a better output from it you should also check https://github.com/figma-tools/figma-transformer
Hey we are trialing figma currently... and I came across this repo... I wanted to build some stuff around figmas APIs like extracting static files/design tokens etc...
I notice that the repo hasn't been updated in a while and was wondering if this is because figma wasnt giving you what you needed ? Or something better came along ?
