Support video urls with timestamps #8

Should support URLs with timestamps like

and

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgSSql6MAKo&t=109s

Added timestamp support for first video in a50c579aa9dbb5dfd48d005107c489bd945b5728

Need to change how playlists store videos or change ID parsing to support storing the timestamp. Alternatively there could be an ID-timestamp lookup table/dictionary.
