6) It's important for me because 99% of my music collection are mp3 scene 
releases with naming rules

I think this sounds like a reasonable request.  Just to be clear the idea would 
be something like this:

Disc 1:
100-awesome_disc.cue
100-awesome_disc.m3u
101-awesome.mp3
102-cool.mp3
…

Disc 2:
200-awesome_disc.cue
200-awesome_disc.m3u
201-better.mp3
202-track.mp3
…

Disc 3:
300-awesome_disc.cue
300-awesome_disc.m3u
301-killer.mp3
302-song.mp3
…

Is there a reason separate directories per disc are undesirable?
