codec selection broken (uses vorbis instead of opus) #542

1) Please describe the steps to reproduce the situation:
a. insert CD
b. start rubyripper (current git, gtk version)
c. go to settings and select opus
d. start ripping cd

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output: A rip in opus. What happens: A rip in vorbis.

3) What version of rubyripper are you using? On what operating system? The
gtk2 of commandline interface?
current git and gtk2

Please forget about this, I was using the options dialog wrong. I seem to have 
no permission to change the status here, but it can be set to "invalid" or 
something alike.

I already wondered what could go wrong. If there is anything that can be done 
to make the new dialog more clear, please let me know.
