Gunicorn is a lightweight python-based web server that is easy to configure and should run faster than Apache on the Pi with the kind of load we expect to have.

Adding some install instructions to the ReadMe

This needs more testing. The results are inconclusive so far. I don't really know how to measure the performance and how to see what is causing the delays.

I really only did the bare minimum to get Gunicorn installed and running with the MS configuration. It is not clear whether we need Nginx also in the mix, but I did not try that yet.
