Reformat the Student Test links page, reachable by http://<ms>/hsdc/test/.

I couldn't get the link to work. It also has an extra / in the url.

@DesignChallengeGuy If you are trying to hit @jaron42's server, it may not be accessible at the moment. I have not been able to contact it either, just now.

Also, note that I edited the link because it was not displaying correctly in my earlier message. It should be: http://<ms>/hsdc/test/, where <ms> is the server hostname or IP.
