Freshened up the Team Testing Links page, which is reachable at http://<ms>/hsdc/test/. This was accomplished mostly by adding a bunch of CSS, plus a little tweaking of the template macros.
Fixed the sort order for the schools to sort by name and not by id.
Added a description of each test at the bottom of the page.
