Improve Dock graphics frame rate #19

The Dock simulation graphics frame rate is not too good (maybe 5-10 fps by the looks of it). 30 would be good. The flame animation doesn't look so good at slow frame rates.

Hopefully there are some simple pygame tricks left to exploit. Otherwise we will have to get creative.

Used the following trick to improve the frame rate: upgrade the hardware. Moved to Raspberry Pi 2, and the frame rate is adequate. Closing this issue.
