The Pibrella provides three LEDs--a red, a yellow, and a green. The CONOPS captures the initial thoughts on how these LEDs would be used.
Need to revisit and evaluate if the initial thoughts are still appropriate or need to be amended.
Also need to consider how these LEDs will function in the newly-envisioned stand-alone mode, in which case they're even more important.
After designing, all this needs to be implemented in the station code.
In stand-alone mode, consider using the LEDs to indicate the current state as well as which of two pre-programmed patterns is in use. All this needs to be documented in the document mentioned in brata-hsdc/brata#24.
