HMB scoring is not working correctly #56

HMB scoring is not working correctly (this I can tell by testing before it 
degrades too unusable).  Note the latest code is on MS01 as I had to make some 
changes to fix CPA and CTS scoring.  So if fixing fix there and we will roll 
back to git later.  The issue with HMB score is the total is not being updated. 
 You can tell as I had a red x and a 0 total, which is not a state that should 
be reachable.

Issue #67 states that masterserver2 changes were pushed to the repository. @jaron42 went through the code and told me it had all the changes we needed pushed.

If this was only on masterserver1 then it didn't make it into the repository.

Funny this has my name on it but I don't remember opening this issue. Can someone look into this and see if we need more changes pushed from masterserver1 or if we have the fix for this already?

Alternatively, is this OBE now and should be ignored even if the change didn't make it into the repo?
