Add support to bypass a challenge #63

During the FSL challenge outside, one team's application repeatedly crashed 
after entering the second waypoint, resulting in running back to scan the 
arrival code and running to rescan the first waypoint. Need to provide the 
ability for the MS to accept some sort of team ID/bypass authorization code in 
order to bypass the current challenge to move onto the next challenge. This 
would also have to be factored into scoring somehow. This might result in 
separate issues being opened for Brata and scoring. If so, provide the issue 
numbers.
