Enhance leader board icons #65

Several people had questions about the difference between the green star and 
the blue checkmark, and whether the dash meant not started vs. In-progress, and 
what the red star meant.

A legend would be nice to have on screen maybe at the bottom to explain 
everything.

Also the icons would be nice to run through Human Factors for review.

For each team for each station, it would be nice to know: Not attempted, 
in-progress, completed-and-passed, completed-and-failed.

Also we might want to look into http://glyphicons.com/ for the icons. I believe Bootstrap users automatically get a license to use the Halflings set as well.
