Leader board rows difficult to distinguish from neighboring rows #66

On Competition Day, the browser used to display the leader board did not show 
alternating rows in alternating colors. This would be nice to help see the 
whole row across the screen.

I vote to mark this as resolved; the Description of the MS issue referenced above captures what's needed for this.

I concur with marking it resolved. I also vote to close it. Let's start shrinking the list of issues.
