Capture station code changes #68

The day before the competition, a couple station code changes were made 
including a change to resolve HMB decay by altering i2c code in hw.py. These 
changes are curently on the hmb03 SD card and were cloned to the other cards. 
Need to commit and push.

All changes made on the station SD cards were previously pushed to the repositories. The only outstanding one was the Master Server code changes because we had two MS images. Those code changes were pushed as well a couple months ago.
