Preferences settings name should not be hardcoded. This stores the team id. #77

Changing the app name will make queries to master server silently fail.  The 
team id is inserted into preferences using the app name.  The problem is the 
application name to use for preferences should not be hardcoded.

Result is a spinning wheel after followed by failure after the a QR code is 
scanned.
