GMB-241: Remove SEO fields #49

These fields should not be possible to set in Strapi. The question is if they should be in the index or not.

viewport - I hardcoded there the default value, I think it's needed
robots - I don't think it's needed with an empty value, the site will be crawled by default
canonical URL - I think it's not needed since the actual URL is the same as the canonical URL

Also a small fix for Podbean is included
