SSO with city-account #43

How this works - CITY_ACCOUNT_HOST/sso sends a postMessage to it's parent if opened as an iframe and parent is a valid domain - see here https://github.com/bratislava/konto.bratislava.sk/pull/219. Our "SSO workflow" thus works by letting the use login on the city-account-page, and once that is done, asking this page for an access token through this method, then using the token as needed (and refreshing when needed).

This should also resolve the npm install issue.
