Richtext phone link in footer points to wrong url #565

@Ty-ci I adjusted the markdown to be [02\/50 110 111](tel:+42150110111), which is the standard way to encode telephone numbers in HTML. I cannot see any changes applied onto olo.staging, however, when I tested this code in plain HTML, my Macbook attempted to make a call. Can you please test this as well?
