Add Missing "a" #30

Add the word "a" between "in" and "module" in the sentence "JavaScript and CSS libraries can be included in module by adding them to the module configuration files" under the "JavaScript and CSS Libraries" heading in the README.md file in the farmdata2_modules/fd2_tabs/fd2_example directory.
