Na DéBR, menus somem quando estão na pasta Others #1242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Na DéBR, adicione um menu na pasta Others ou dê um Salvar Como em algum 
menu existente (ele irá ser transportado para a pasta Others)
2. Feche a DéBR
3. Abra a DéBR

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
O(s) menu(s) que estava na pasta Other não é aberto ao abrir a DéBR 
novamente. 
Ou seja, se só houverem menus na pasta Others, ao abrir a DéBR novamente, 
esta pasta estará vazia (somente terá o menu Untitled1.mnu, que é o menu 
padrão que sempre se abre quando não há menus na lista de menus), pois os 
menus que nela estavam, não retornam para a pasta quando a DéBR é reaberta.
