Valor inicial do iterador do loop sendo truncado #1477

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Crie um fluxo com um loop cujo valor inicial seja fracionário (vide fluxo 
em anexo)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Que o iterador inicia-se no valor fornecido, seja ele inteiro ou não. Porém o 
que acontece é que o valor inicial está sendo truncado, como se esse 
parâmetro fosse inteiro.
