Conexão com servidor Netuno falha com erro "Connection refused"

Este problema se extende a alguns casos de servidores cujo nomes DNS estejam 
configurados para usar round-trip.

Workaround: usar um IP ao invés do nome do servidor.

O Netuno não se conecta quando usado o endereço padrão (login.hpc.ufrj.br). 
No terminal a mensagem "Connection refused" deve aparecer, se a GeBR foi 
compilada com debug.

Um workaround é usar um dos IPs retornados pelo comando "host 
login.hpc.ufrj.br" ao invés deste nome.
