Not sure exactly what you're referring to, but if you mean ublock style resource replacing, thats covered (and fixed) here https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/6894, and if you mean cosmetic blocking, thats incoming here https://github.com/brave/brave-core/pull/3303
