uBlock Origin can inject scripts via filters to defuse tricky ads and adblock punishers. Examples can be found here.

Currently, these ads/site-breakers slip through in Brave.

thanks for posting, we accomplish this in the Brave browser through something called sitehacks but I'd like to simplify that to just use this same method.
