Add two new referrer fields on registration forms #1112

Can we update the list of referrer fields with the two new following responses? This is to better capture house ad and sales rep impact across the three different funnels: Search, Browser, and Managed Service ads.

  1. A Brave sales representative
  2. An ad from my Brave browser (e.g. notification/news)
