However, for the ad server, we should aim for the following:
Ensure both search onboarding and ads manager registration are aligned and using the same list in the UI
Ensure that all values are being properly captured upon registration
Find a way to differentiate between self-service (browser) and self-service (search) sign-ups so that the different mediums that influence registration can be properly assessed independently.
