Check to ensure all referral sources are being recorded across all onboarding flows #1216

Edited to avoid confusion following weekly ads manager discussion.

This does not need to be considered for the managed service contact form as that captures data in Boostr.

However, for the ad server, we should aim for the following:

  1. Ensure both search onboarding and ads manager registration are aligned and using the same list in the UI
  2. Ensure that all values are being properly captured upon registration
  3. Find a way to differentiate between self-service (browser) and self-service (search) sign-ups so that the different mediums that influence registration can be properly assessed independently.
