[Android] Share button opens activities in the current task

Description

I've noticed that when sharing a url from Brave using the share icon in the "three dots" menu, the selected app opens in Brave's window. This seems odd, and is inconsistent with the experience from the Chrome mobile app, and also even within Brave when you select text on a webpage and click "Share" from the context menu - where the selected app opens in a separate window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Browse to any webpage
2. Open the "three dots" menu
3. Click the share icon
4. Select an app from the share menu (e.g. WhatsApp)
5. Notice WhatsApp appears but in Brave's window (task), not in a separate window

Actual result

Selected app to share url to opens in Brave's window.

Expected result

App should open in a separate window.
