Windows/Linux has an awful looking thick scroll bars that are persistent always. Find a way to auto-hide these scrollbars which can show up only when scrolling. Chromium had a flag Overlay Scrollbars which did this but was removed. Something that can be brought back as a setting. Alternately this can be done via extensions like Minimal Scrollbar which is outdated and not been updated in more than 3 years and only works on webpages and not on any of the widgets/internal pages.
Note: Not just for widgets but for browser wide (settings/bookmarks/history
