We need to have a clear picture of what amounts of memory we consume and for what purpose (especially compared to Chrome and Chrome + ublock).

We are getting reports about Brave consuming too much CPU/memory (see https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/14170) so we should have an extra look at our internals.
