Add web protection against browser-based cryptocurrency mining to Brave Sheilds

There are a lot of sites that are starting to use libraries like coin hive to mine cryptocurrency on the browser of their visitors. For protecting the users, you should do the following

• As you have done with extensions like HTTPS Everywhere, you should add MinerBlock to Brave Shields
• When activating the cryptocurrency mining protection on Brave Shields, add these rules to NoScript for ensuring you are protected.
  • Block: http://coin-hive.com
  • Block: http://blablace.com

blablace isn't in the list. Add it to noscript with coinhive, all the protection isn't enough these days. Minerblock also is very good, so you should also add it, because it has it own list with almost all the miners.
