Add universal bypass functionality in brave #15036

Description

As we know brave is on a mission to fix the internet and it has already done it to some extent by blocking ads and trackers but one of the major annoyances while browsing the web is encountering "please wait x seconds to get this" these are really annoying. Fortunately, there exists an extension called universal bypass which has the ability to remove this wait limit, it would be nice to have this functionality built into brave.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. go to any site which has some sorta time limit to get to the destination website
  2. for example take any site from https://universal-bypass.org/example-links
  3. see the wait

Actual result:

need to wait to get to website

Expected result:

should reach destination website without any wait

Reproduces how often:

Desktop Brave version:

Android Device details:

Version/Channel Information:

Other Additional Information:

Miscellaneous Information:

This would be a great add to Brave since Google removed this add-on from the chrome store.

"Google took it down for apparently "circumventing paywalls." I have clarified that Universal Bypass is more of an adblocker and asked for details of where paywalls are circumvented, but it's Google, so of course I didn't get a response."

Some of these sites can be fixed via snippets (see enabling Fanboy & uBO Annoyances in brave://adblock). Non-default lists

There could be other issues if we included by default paywall bypassing, I think the idea of universal bypass is good but should remain an extension.

It's possible on pcs but totally different story on android that's why I want it in android

I want this so that I don't have to enable developer mode and sideload an extension. I would totally agree with letting it remain an extension if it was on the Chrome web store but it isn't.

Would be a good candidate for if we offered a Brave Extension Store: https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/15187

Universal Bypass is apparently unmaintained, but Fast Forward isnt
