no option to remove the brave's adblocker icon of the url bar

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go in the settings
2. Go in protections
3. No option to remove it

Actual result:

There is no option to remove the brave's adblocker icon

Expected result:

you can select to remove the brave's adblocker icon

this option isn't introduced

Desktop Brave version:

Version 1.24.64 Chromium: 90.0.4430.72 (Build officiel) beta (64 bits)

Android Device details:

• Install type (ARM, x86): ARM
• Device type (Phone, Tablet, Phablet): Phone
• Android version: Android 11

Version/Channel Information:

• Can you reproduce this issue with the current release? yes
• Can you reproduce this issue with the beta channel? yes
• Can you reproduce this issue with the nightly channel? yes

Other Additional Information:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? No
• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards? No
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? Chrome doesn't have adblocker.

This isn't a priority, simply a feature request. It isn't required for Brave to implement this feature, but it would improve users experience.
