Description

Page content intermittently shakes, or quivers. This appears to be associated with scrolling.

Steps to Reproduce

Scroll page content. This is not guaranteed to result in reproducing the issue.

Actual result

Page content shakes and shudders

Expected result:

Page content does not shake

Reproduces how often:

This issue is intermittent. There's no surefire way to reproduce it, though it does seem to be associated with scrolling. See the attached video for a demonstration.

Other Additional Information:

Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? The issue is intermittent. Reloading the page after disabling the shields likely would have given a false impression that the shields were the cause.
Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards? Brave Rewards is disabled
Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? Untested in Chrome (not installed)

This issue is not Linux-specific, it happens on Windows sometimes as well.

I haven't experienced anything alike anywhere else, but I can't tell if it's only on Reddit because like you said the issue isn't reproducible all the time.
