Brave windows minimize to the Dock on macOS when dragging tabs, reloading webpages #15602

Description

When moving tabs or reloading webpages sometimes Brave windows will suddenly minimize themselves into the Dock.

Steps to Reproduce

I don't know what is triggering this but it doesn't repeat once it does it. Seems like letting the windows sit for a long time sets them up to do it. This has been happening for a long time on my computer and I thought maybe it was just my computer but I noticed it on a different computer of mine last night so it's not just one computer.

Actual result:

Windows minimize into the dock

Expected result:

Windows should not minimize into the dock

Reproduces how often:

Seems like it happens on many windows once a day. After they've gone through the minimization, they don't minimize themselves for at least another day.

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave | 1.23.75 Chromium: 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (x86_64) Revision | 4df112c29cfe9a2c69b14195c0275faed4e997a7-refs/branch-heads/4430@{#1348} OS | macOS Version 10.14.6 (Build 18G8022)

The macOS version on the other computer is Big Sur.

Version/Channel Information:

Haven't tried any other channel.

I attached a video showing it happen.

@magnusviri This looks like the issue might be extension related or something else you've installed on your Mac for window management. Minimizing to dock like that isn't part of Brave's usual options.
