Polish UI for ethereum permission management #17268

Follow-up of https://github.com/brave/brave-core/pull/9443, the management UI of ethereum permissions looks like below:

We should probably polish it for a bit to see the address more clearly.

How to get to this UI: (Assume #native-brave-wallet feature flag is enabled) in brave:settings -> Privacy and security -> Site and Shields Settings -> Click Additional permissions under Permissions section -> Ethereum
