feature request: external doh-provider-list, doh-bonus-service-api

Description

Thank you for integrating doh into brave. You could easily upgrade your current doh-integration with some small changes.

feature-request:

• please offer the doh-option in a more prominent place (outside of a sub-menu)
• please offer the doh-option under a human-readable phrase like 'footprint-providers: where does your surfing-data go?'
• please offer first sub-option 'at my service provider (off)'
• please offer sub-options to integrate more providers ** offer country-specific lists for that (f.e. something ike the information in https://www.privacy-handbuch.de/handbuch_93d.htm) and offer the community to edit this country-specific lists (f.e. via a randomly curled git-page)
• main focus: please offer an api for external providers for offering 'bonus-services', potentially even more benefitial services on top of that (dns-based filtering etc.) with easy to use payment-option

bonus-services for the api could be simple to choose filters by simply clicking a provider (f.e. dns-based child-/youth care-filters (porn, gambling, drugs  etc.)) with an easy to use, one-click payment-option: a new privacy-oriented ecosystem could be born that way (some providers for that do exist even currently but dont have the opportunity to reach a crowd provided by you.
