Black border when Brave snaps to borders

Description

I use a windows management software to open my Brave Browser to exact size but when it snaps it to the size a most annoying black border appears around Brave.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install some sort of windows management like WinSize2 which is free
2. Set it to size browser and location when on a certain url like Google
3. Now move the window away from location and let it snap back into place
4. You will see a thick ugly black border around the browser

Actual result:

Note: I used a bright yellow background so there would be contrast to show the black border

Expected result:

No black border should appear. This problem does not happen with Chrome or Firefox

Reproduces how often:

All the time when the windows management software moves window snaps to location.

Brave version (brave://version info)

Version V1.31.88 Windows 10

Version/Channel Information:

• Can you reproduce this issue with the beta channel? No idea

Other Additional Information:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? No idea
• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards? No
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? No

@molitar This is happening because of Winsize2? Is that border still there without it?

No it does not.. but no other browser has border affected because a software locked the size and position where I want it. Edge, Chrome, Chromium, Water, and Firefox and no strange border.

This issue is still occurring, I am using Powertoys with FancyZones, Windows 11, Brave 1.58.127
