But try the CookieAutodelete Extension, that wil somewhat help you to achieve that. Everything is blacklisted by default. If you want something to remain, you have to whitelist it.
I found another way using brave profiles I have about 20 different profiles, for various activities (shopping, 1 per google account, some for developpement and so on) and I find it very handy (even more than multi account containers feature) I'm now used to right click on links instead of left click and "open link as" to choose the container

this is not an issue but an improvement I use firefox because of it's https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/containers feature, this allow me to isolate google accounts from each others, as well as isolating some website that I don't trust to share my information with other (having a website associated to a dedicated container, when I click on a link that open the website, firefox prompt me about opening the website in the container) the only thing that miss to this feature is a "private window container" mode, where all data (cookies etc...) are deleted on close
sadely, brave don't have such feature...
